Progress in Chad: Another Milestone

From plans to progress: another milestone in Chad.

Our Lot No. 1 project at the Palais du 15 Janvier in N’Djamena, Chad, is steadily taking shape, with erection works now underway on the 90/15 kV GIS-type substation.

Funded by The World Bank Group and carried out in collaboration with the Project Execution Unit of Tchadienne d’électricité (TchadElec), formerly known as the National Electricity Company, the project involves the design, supply, and installation of the substation, contributing to the development of a more reliable and efficient power network in Chad.

Beyond strengthening the country’s power infrastructure, the project supports the promotion of renewable energy production and energy efficiency, while contributing to the transition towards a more sustainable economy and supporting government policies in these areas.

With completion expected in January, our teams remain focused on every detail, every connection, and every milestone along the way.
