Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our Power Transformer Production Department and support the efficient execution of manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring effective production planning, coordination between teams, optimal resource utilization, and continuous improvement of production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations & Coordination: Support production planning, coordination, and resource allocation to meet targets and delivery requirements.
- Performance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor production performance, ensure compliance with Quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of steel manufacturing, welding, machining, or related industrial processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Good command of English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
