We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support the Logistics Department in managing export and shipping activities. The role focuses on handling logistics documentation, coordinating shipments, and supporting ongoing operations, particularly in light of new projects and increased workload.
Job Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

0 to 2 years of professional experience in logistics, export, shipping, or supply chain operations, including internships or entry-level roles.

Basic understanding of export and shipping documentation, such as packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and Incoterms.

Familiarity with logistics workflows, international shipping processes, and coordination with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders.
